ASG is a technology services and solutions firm that supports the federal government and Department of Defense. We're are currently hiring Help Desk Technicians to support the Army Enterprise Service Desk location at Fort Shafter. The pay is $24/hr.
- Provide Tier 1 support via phone, email and remote assistance.
- Create, track and close trouble tickets.
- Candidates must obtain a CompTIA certification prior to starting work (Security+, Network+ or A+)
- 1+ year of technical support experience
